Senior Manager (RDP)

Nur Fathiha Tahiat works as a Senior Manager in the Research, Documentation & Publication (RDP) department at Bangladesh Extension Education Services (BEES). She works in research design, including developing survey frameworks, questionnaires, and overseeing data collection processes. Her work involves data cleaning, analysing, and presenting insights through clear reports and visualizations to support evidence-based decision-making.

She also plays an integral role in managing BEES’s digital presence, maintaining and updating the organization’s website using WordPress and Hostinger, and overseeing content publication. In addition, she operates the design and production of communication materials, including Annual reports, Newsletters, Banners and other publications, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. She also works behind the video productions of the organization.

Nur Fathiha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from BRAC University. She has prior experience as a Research Assistant at several organizations. She worked as a Student Tutor at BRAC University, where she supported courses in programming and data structures.

She is a Gold Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador and 7 times Microsoft-certified professional. She has hands-on experience in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud-based technologies. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys creating technical content, writing and spending time with her family.
