Md. Tozammel Haque is an experienced development professional with over 16 years in the microfinance sector, including 7 years of specialization in training and capacity building. At BEES, he leads the design and delivery of training programs, focusing on strengthening staff capacity and organizational performance.

He is skilled in instructional design, training needs assessment (TNA), and developing structured training modules aligned with PKSF standards. His expertise also spans microfinance operations, including business planning, financial management, recovery strategies, and branch-level leadership.

Mr. Haque has held key roles across renowned organizations such as BRAC, Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF), and Palli Mongal Karmosuchi (PMK), bringing strong field-level and managerial experience. He is a certified trainer by PKSF and has completed multiple professional trainings in facilitation, microfinance management, and capacity development.
