Director, Microfinance Program

The Director of the Microfinance Program at BEES brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the development and microfinance sector. In this role, they provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Microfinance Program, ensuring effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and sustainable growth.

With strong expertise in program management, staff supervision, accounts and budgeting, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, the Director plays a key role in strengthening institutional systems and service delivery. They have proven capacity to develop policies, guidelines, and need-based operational documents, as well as to organize and conduct trainings, meetings, seminars, and orientation programs for staff and community stakeholders.

The Director maintains excellent communication and coordination with government agencies, NGOs, donors, service providers, and other key stakeholders. They also possess strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and microfinance automation software. He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry & Chemical Technology from the University of Rajshahi and has received numerous l awards for his contributions to microfinance sector.
