MIS department of BEES plays a vital role in operating the organization’s activities smoothly through managing the technology and information resources. It’s like the data hub that helps the organization with real-time data and reports. It is the computerized database of BEES program, making it easier for everyone to make informed decisions. The MIS system is a helpful tool that gives required information to the respective departments of the organization and even to regulators and funders. The MIS department consists of a visionary team of five, led by MIS Head. This department handles the hardware and software to make sure everything with computers and information runs well.
The objective of this department is to ensure effective data management to support informed decision making practices which will improve the organization’s efficiency and enable it to gain a competitive advantage.
The MIS team isn’t just about handling data, they prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly reports which provide very important insights about the organizational performance and practices. They make report for the BEES management, regulators, banks, PKSF and other important groups. They provide reports and other relevant information and data visualizations to help everyone make good decisions.
