The HRM Division delivers the following core services:
Recruitment & Placement: Hiring the right candidates and placing them appropriately across programs and projects.
Staff Orientation: Conducting structured orientation for new recruits to familiarize them with BEES’s mission, values, policies, and systems.
Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and coordinating with Training Division for capacity development needs.
Policy & Compliance: Formulating and updating HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational priorities.
Employee Welfare & Support: Maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring staff motivation, and addressing grievances.
